Our Candle Bar membership is for candle enthusiasts and fragrance lovers. We have quarterly, bi-annual and annual memberships where members get monthly candle bar appointments to create either a candle, room spray, or reed diffuser. 

Members are given a unique code to schedule appointments which must be scheduled online. Members’ guests receive 15% off candle bar appointments if they wish to accompany them at appointments.

The Membership cost:

$132 plus tax for a 3 month membership (20% saving)

$247.50 plus tax for a 6 month membership (25% saving)

$462 plus tax for a yearly membership (30% saving)

Q: What happens if I cannot make an appointment for the month? Will my monthly candle bar credit rollover?

A: Yes, please send an email to info@honeynotes.shop to let us know you are unable to attend. You can use the credit the following month.

Q: How many candle bar credits can rollover?

A: All credits must be used within the membership period. Membership credits are added the first of the month following sign up. If the membership fee is paid on the 15th of the month, the membership will start the first day of the following month. Credits must be used by the 15th of the month following the last credit issuance. If the last credit is issued July 1st all credits must be used by August 15th or they will be forfeited and converted to store credit for retail purchases.

Q: Can I send someone on my behalf to use my candle bar credit?

A: No, the candle bar credits are for the member only.

Q: Can I use multiple candle bar credits at the same appointment.

A: Yes, up to 2 available credits can be used during a single appointment.

Q: What happens if I cannot make it for any monthly appointments? Can I receive a refund?

A: The credits will be converted to store credit to be used for retail purchases. Our membership is non-refundable.

Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?

A: Our membership is non-refundable. We allow one member transfer in a 12 month period. This means you can transfer your purchased membership to someone else. Please email us their name and email and they will take over your membership for the next month. Previous credits issued to the original member are nontransferable.

Q: What is the value of one candle bar credit?

A: The standard price of a candle bar appointment to create a 12oz ceramic candle is $55. Members pay $44- $38.50 depending on their membership for the same appointment.

Q: How will I  be billed for the membership?

A: Memberships are paid in full at time of sign up. Memberships can be purchased online or in-store. No payment information for members are kept in our system.
